By: Fast Lane Wireless

FlipoutMotorola has introduced its new android phone, the Flipout, which features a QWERT keyboard that flips out from under the handset, and a compact 2.8 inch touchscreen display.  The Flipout has multi-touch support including pinch-to-zoom for Web services, and includes seven screens.  The phone has a unique square form and a 3 megapixel camera with digital zoom, video recording, and Wi-Fi and GPS capability.

Similar to other Motorola devices, such as the Cliq and Backflip, the Flipout will also have the Motoblur Android skin—Motoblur syncs messages, photos, and social media feeds.  Users in the updated Motoblur service are able to take control of their happenings and messages, and they have the option to filter out unwanted updates and messages.

The price of the phone is not yet disclosed but the Flipout will be available in the next few weeks in certain regions around the world.
